Hosted online in partnership with LSE Generate and Crimson Education, the competition builds creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial confidence – connecting students with a global network of like-minded peers.
What is LGIC?
The LSE Generate Global Innovation Challenge (LGIC) is an annual, fully virtual pitch competition open to high school students worldwide.
Designed for students aged 13–18
Accessible globally with no geographical barriers or travel required
Hosted in partnership with LSE Generate, the entrepreneurship hub of the London School of Economics and Crimson Education
Challenges students to create scalable, impactful solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

How it works?

Register for the competition during the open enrollment period.
Receive detailed submission guidelines and resources from our team: expert-led webinars to upskill, written resources, access to past winning submissions.
Identify a real-world problem aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and develop an innovative solution.
Submit your pitch deck for the Regional Qualifiers — the top 4 teams from each region advance to the Global Finals.
Present your pitch live on Zoom — finalists deliver a 4–6 minute pitch followed by a 5-minute Q&A with industry experts.
